Refund & Cancellation Policy

Showora is an online event ticket booking platform where users can book tickets for events, shows, workshops, and experiences. We act only as a ticketing platform. Events are organized and managed by independent organizers.

Once a booking is confirmed, tickets are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Some organizers may allow cancellations. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the event page, and any refund will be processed as per that event's policy.

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the base ticket price will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your existing booking remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
• A change in venue or timing does not automatically qualify for a refund, unless approved by the organizer.

Convenience fees, booking fees, and platform fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including when an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer.

In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be limited to the base ticket price only. The following charges will be deducted and will not be refunded:

Taxes (such as GST) levied on non-refundable fees will also not be refunded, unless required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• You fail to attend the event or arrive late.
• The ticket is lost, duplicated, or misused.
• Entry is denied due to violation of venue rules or our Terms & Conditions.
• You change your mind after the booking is confirmed.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 working days.
• Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If the amount is debited from your account but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. If you do not receive it in this time, please contact our support team.
